The boy and his big black and blue BOO-BOO!

A few nights ago Noah decided that it was a good time to NOT listen to Abe. We had just got back from a long bike ride and Abe and Noah were putting away the bikes. Luke's bike was on the edge of the rock wall that is on the side of our house. Abe told Noah to come inside the gate and wait for him...Noah decided that he would rather try Luke's bike out for size. As Abe came back through the gate he watch Noah fall the long 6 feet and smack the ground. At the time and a few hours later it seemed that he survived the fall with just a scratch on his elbow. We gave him a bath, some motrin and put him to bed. Through out the night I got up to check on him as I was concerned and looking for a concusion or something. Well, about 4 am I noticed a little blue around his eye! When he woke up.....there it was...the big blue and black eye!
We believe that there was a pillow placed under him that night and we are so thankful that it was not anything worse. So any kids out there reading this....Listen to your parents and do what they ask you to do. It could save you a big black eye!!!
